The hotel is really well located. The U-bahn station is just a minute away. the room offered high-quality bedding and towels, which i liked! the rooftop bar had fantastic views across the city though it opened later in the day.

The self-check-in process was a bit slow. It took about ten minutes.

the breakfast had a wide assortment. i appreciated the 24/7 tea availability (a lifesaver after long days). the youthful employees offered helpful service. the space theme added a fun touch to the hotel, i enjoyed the unique decor.

my room lacked a kettle, i had to go downstairs for a drink.

The staff prove very helpful . They booked a taxi for my airport trip at departure. The hotel has good situation in the city. It is easy for me to get to bars and restaurants. I walked twenty minutes to the main train station.

I did notice some noise. If you are sensitive to noise, maybe this hotel is not for you. The sound proofing is either not enough or not working well.

This hotel has a excellent location. You can explore easily with the hotel so close to everything. I found it easy to walk to different places. It is close to the Rhine restaurants.

The staff were always nice and friendly. I got excellent service from Brigita and Lucas. Brigita was like a super star. I received big compliments at the reception hall.

Breakfast offers excellent quality food. I found the bar staff nice. Cocktails tasted good at the roof top bar. It opened later in the afternoon and offered nice city views.
