friendly staff great location comfortable bed noisy tram warm room full blast air conditioning

i liked the hotel staff. they was friendly enough. the hotel location are great. it is central in the jewish quarter. it was easy to walk to places. beds are comfortable and the rooms are stylish.

my room was at the back of the hotel. the trams was very noisy late at night and early morning. also the room was very warm. i had the air con at full blast. it didn't do much.

mixed feelings about my stay

noisy trams soft bed

the location was quite good. trams were easily accessible, which helped a lot.

The room faced the back and trams were loud, disrupting sleep well into the night and starting early in the morning. the air conditioning barely functioned. The room was too warm despite it running at full blast. the bed was also uncomfortably soft, i didn't sleep well at all.

broken air conditioning no extra pillows

the hotel's location was alright. the breakfast had what i expected.

i was really annoyed that my room's air conditioning wasn't working, and no one seemed to know how to fix it. plus, the room wasn't cleaned one day. i think leaving the room at noon is not too late. i also asked for extra pillows, but they did not have any.
