Royal Mail Hotel offers several accommodation options. Dunkeld Studio Accommodation, located across the highway, provides Queen and Single beds. Deluxe Mount Sturgeon Cottages, situated within the Mount Sturgeon Biodiversity Reserve, include a wood fireplace, a private patio, and a sommelier bar. Standard Mount Sturgeon Cottages have king beds and are located on a working farm. The Mount Sturgeon Homestead, a restored six-bedroom house, accommodates up to twelve people and has a fully equipped kitchen.

The hotel has two restaurants: Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel and Parker St Project. Wickens offers a fine-dining experience with a tasting menu.
