excellent location breakfast menu accommodating receptionist room key repeated issue inconvenient situation
the hotel location was excellent. the breakfast included a pork menu, which i found to be amazing!!! the receptionists were accommodating. i found this very helpful.
my room key was not working all the time. i had to call the lobby to send someone to open the door for me. this was a bit inconvenient. this happened more than once .

convenient stay
convenient location comfortable space
the location was near areas i needed to visit. the alto club on the top floor offered a relaxed atmosphere. i appreciated the fresh buffet and the quality of the food. the rotana club provided a comfortable space.
the manama road system made getting to and from the place by taxi difficult. ubers took 20 minutes to arrive even though they were nearby. a 5 km trip took nearly an hour.

the room included a comfortable king bed. the room was super clean. i had a top view of downtown from the 19th floor.

the hotel is in the center. it is 100 meters from the most important souq. the hotel location is close to areas i needed to visit.

the staff was very attentive and always available to help. staff was cute and professional. the front desk staff was very kind and efficient.
