jo and andy were amazing hosts. breakfast was very yummy and kept us full all day that's true. we had a two bed family room it had a double bed in one room and single and bunk beds for the kids in the other it was rare for a family of five. all beds were comfortable we also appreciated the nice blankets with two options of pillows.

the only very slight issue was that the fridge wasn't as cold as i expected but it didn't really affect our stay.

our family room was spacious and very clean it included a double bed plus bunk beds for the children the en-suite bathroom had modern fixtures and plenty of towels all of , made our stay more enjoyable.

The location was convenient with tram stops nearby. breakfast was filling (it kept us full all day). we had a two-bed family room. It had a double bed in one room. a single bed and bunk beds in the other room.

the walk to the top end of the attractions took about 30 minutes. the bar area was available but connect four was the only game on offer. the walk to south pier took approximately ten minutes.

Andy and Jo are excellent hosts. Our family room was spacious. It included an extra room for the kids. Breakfast had a lot of choice (I liked cooked options). I booked a secure car park a short walk away.

Parking at the B&B was somewhat limited.
