i found the staff friendly and helpful. i appreciated the location, just a few minutes walk to the north pier area. we managed to park on the free parking in front of the hotel! the hotel was warm and cozy during my february visit.

i noticed a fusty smell in the reception area upon arrival.

the soul bar is close, a short walk. my room included new furniture and decor. the mattress felt firm and comfortable. the en suite was spotlessly clean (i really appreciate that!). i liked working in my room because of the fast wi-fi. the large public lounge was comfortable too.

i noticed the corridors smelled slightly damp.

I found my room to be of a very high standard, freshly furnished and decorated. The mattress was firm and comfortable, and the en suite facility was spotlessly clean. It was also more spacious than expected. The staff members were very friendly and provided a varied breakfast. The hotel had fast wi-fi so I spent time working in my room.

The room felt uncomfortably hot. I did not find this aspect ideal .
