heated bathroom floor amazing bedding well-designed suite confusing passage frustrating controls unfriendly layout

I appreciated the well-designed suite. The heated bathroom floor was a real treat. The bedding was amazing, easily on par with Four Seasons quality.

The curtain controls were frustrating. I had trouble operating them every morning and evening. I found the stairs and passages confusing. The hotel layout is not very friendly for wheelchairs or those with injuries.
