Ideal Location, Minor Noise Issue

ideal location smooth process

The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions. A major shopping street is in front of the hotel. The process was smooth, though there is no physical receptionist. There is a lift.

The courtyard was very noisy early in the morning because of bin collections. I asked for a quiet room if possible but I heard the noise. Lack of sleep affected us all.

Staff quickly fulfilled requests and the process was smooth. Communication was handled efficiently despite the absence of a physical receptionist. The hotel provides luggage storage, a valuable amenity after checkout for continued exploration.
