a nice experience
helpful staff clean room convenient location
the staff were very helpful. the room was clean and modern. it had dove shampoo and body wash. i really appreciated that the location was great. the hotel was near the beach and various places to eat. the bed was comfortable too.
the noise proofing between rooms wasnt great. i could hear the people next door often. this made sleeping difficult sometimes. i think they should improve the noise insulation.

excellent location friendly staff great room noisy room hard bed extra pillows
The location was excellent. It was close to everything. The staff were friendly. The room was also great value.
The room was next to reception. It was SO noisy at night. I didn't like the hard beds, either. We had to ask for extra pillows, too.

excellent stay near everything
excellent location clean room public car park
i found the hotel to be in an excellent location near local bars and tapas restaurants. the room was a good size, very clean just like the rest of the hotel. we arrived by car and found a public car park only five minutes away. there is also a taxi rank near the yellow submarine bar if you don't fancy walking to the new town.
Upon arrival, i found out the hotel had been taken over, and check-in was one hour later than expected. I was told to come back after that. my friend paid ten months earlier to be guaranteed room 401 but got 404.

the hotel provides safety deposit boxes free of charge and these are not bolted to the shelf for security. automatic doors remain open until 3am each night. there is camera surveillance managed from the adjacent hotel, providing some level of security and monitoring.

balanced stay
friendly staff comfortable bed superb location unhelpful receptionist limited view small room
the staff was friendly. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well. the location was superb right behind the mirador. the tv had plenty to watch on you tube, netflix and prime.
the wifi did not work. the receptionist was unhelpful! she kept shrugging. the room was small with no view. the room was fine for a budget hotel though.

amazing stay!
helpful service smooth experience
i found the location really good, close to everything. the staff provided helpful service . i had no issues , and i totally recommend it for convenience and efficient service.
the noise levels at night were a little high , even with the windows closed. this made it hard to get a totally restful sleep , and i hope they address the soundproofing soon.

the double room balcony features two twin beds pushed together , a small seating area , and direct access to a private balcony. the bathroom includes a shower , a toilet , and a basic sink area with a mirror , very well equipped.
