I found the hotel facilities very convenient. The private beach offered comfortable sunbeds. The spa provided a relaxing experience. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, as it was very abundant and diverse.

The service at the reception was sometimes slow, especially during peak hours. Staff could be more proactive in addressing guest requests.

i found the hotel location provided beautiful views. The private beach was a great advantage, with well maintained facilities. i really appreciated the staff because they were very friendly and helpful, especially with a swift response to any issues.

The crystal-clear water at the hotel beach was so inviting! sunbeds were really comfortable. Towels were always available. breakfast offered a great selection of options. I enjoyed tea, coffee, and fresh pastries.

The shower in my room kept overflowing. I reported this issue but it was not fixed. also, the shower seal looked a bit grubby

fabulous stay

I came back from this beautiful place some weeks ago. the hotel had a private beach with comfortable sunbeds. our room had fabulous views. I liked the hot tub on the balcony. the spa access was also free, and it was a very luxurious experience.

The gym had some broken equipment. It needs maintenance.

The breakfast buffet included cooked options, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, tea, and pastries. It was plentiful. i thought half board was worth it because the food choices were great. There was a decent variety. the staff was attentive at the dalmar restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay of 5 nights. The hotel beach felt private at one end of the bay. Comfortable sunbeds and towels were available. Breakfast was plentiful with cooked options, cereal, fruit, and pastries. I appreciated sitting on the balcony in the evening.

The jacuzzi in our junior suite was not working upon arrival, and it hadn't been cleaned. I reported it multiple times over five days, but it broke again after being temporarily fixed. I was refused any compensation for this unusable amenity.

The hotel is situated in a great location! almost feeling like a 5-star exclusive place with a private beach. It's relaxing, with good food and beautiful views, if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik.

The private beach area was beautiful, so quiet, and peaceful. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I had two massages in the spa, that I highly recommend. Also I took yoga classes with Sara, the yoga trainer especially.

Our room was a good size, and it included a comfortable bed and a big TV on the wall. The room was serviced every day. All rooms have a sea view, really amazing. The rooms were cozy, very clean and smelled nice!!

Food is very good. Half board is worth it! Dinner is a la carte, and you can pick between two restaurants. One restaurant is outside directly at the sea. Another one is on the 1st floor of the hotel at the terrace.

The hotel beach had comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. It was much nicer than Sunj beach. The location provides amazing views. I found the room to be very comfortable.

The pool closed early at 6pm. Table tennis was not available. The pool table was locked away. I was told it was only available when the indoor bar is open during rain.

chaotic buffet inconvenient temperature control

The breakfast felt chaotic. The buffet was a free for all and it was difficult to get a table. I would also like to control our own room temperature. I had to ring reception to adjust it which was inconvenient.
