overall a pleasant experience

super clean room peaceful promenade sea view missing balcony

The room was super clean. i really appreciated that great care was given to every aspect of cleaning (especially in the bathroom!). the location of the hotel is also perfect. It overlooks the ocean at a peaceful part of the promenade.

my room didn't have a sea view. i also didn't have a balcony (i was a little disappointed!).

wonderful stay

excellent location breakfast buffet attentive staff

the location was excellent! it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including fresh fruits and pastries. the staff were always helpful and attentive. i appreciated the complimentary water and treats provided daily in the room.

The gym was small and only had a few pieces of equipment. I found it a little limiting.

An excellent hotel

The room we got in the residence building has new decoration. The room has beautiful furnishings and is pristinely clean. The welcome on arrival was wonderful and I found the staff great. I saw that the hotel has many comfortable outdoor seating areas.

The evenings were a little cool, so I did not use the outdoor bar.

overflowing choice daily treat peaceful position pricey hotel short stay slow wi-fi

the breakfast had a super overflowing choice! the team ensured i had the most comfortable stay. bottled water and treats came daily, such a delight. the hotel position overlooks the ocean, so peaceful!

the hotel is pricey. i did not eat at the hotel. i only stayed four nights. wi-fi was a little slow at times, but that's okay!

Really good Stay with Caring Staff

caring staff perfect location

The staff are good and cute. Each member of staff, from the front desk to the pool attendant, are thoughtful. They were all a credit to the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk straight out to the harbor area for swimming. Our bedroom was beautifully designed and high spec.

Breakfast had a fabulous view overlooking the harbor (I was charmed!). It featured superb food and a great range of choice, everything tasted great. I especially enjoyed the handmade fresh juices. French toast is a must!

The hotel was immaculate and felt luxurious. In the evening there is a lovely bar, a relaxing place to have a few drinks. The hotel location offers easy access to beaches and restaurants. It is close to the airport.
