the front desk staff did not greet guests with friendly faces. i was surprised by an additional room deposit of $100. there was no bar available in the evenings.

I appreciated the secured access to the hotel. The room number was necessary to gain entry. The room key allowed access to my specific floor via the elevator, a good security measure. The staff consistently provided great service, and the available food options were amazing. I found the driveway to the parking lot somewhat close. It required careful maneuvering, especially with a larger vehicle.
