i found the staff very professional and helpful. glenville from the kitchen staff provided top-tier service. the rooms are comfy and the food is good. i especially liked breakfast... everything was great.

my room was clean, but i noticed it was not particularly well-kept.

i stayed in a queen room with a balcony. breakfast included both jamaican and continental options. the gym contained a decent amount of equipment (i used the treadmill).

the front desk staff did not greet guests with friendly faces. i was surprised by an additional room deposit of $100. there was no bar available in the evenings.

I appreciated the secured access to the hotel. The room number was necessary to gain entry. The room key allowed access to my specific floor via the elevator, a good security measure. The staff consistently provided great service, and the available food options were amazing. I found the driveway to the parking lot somewhat close. It required careful maneuvering, especially with a larger vehicle.
