Really good Stay
friendly staff smart decor great mixologist
I found the staff VERY friendly and professional. The hotel decor was smart and contemporary. Captain Kidd is a great mixologist. Don't miss him at the lounge and pool bar.
I noticed everything was quoted in US dollars. Jamaica has its own currency. This detail seemed inconvenient.

incorrect price unresolved issue
The staff was helpful, though SOME services were charged separately.
I booked a room at ONE rate, but I was charged double the price upon checkout. I AM disappointed.

the breakfast buffet were available. the clean rooms offer plenty space. i appreciated the starbucks connected right beside the hotel.
