enjoyed the stay

friendly staff clean hotel good food

the staff was very friendly. the hotel was clean and the cleaners cleaned always. the food was good. it includes tito's vodka.

the bed was too soft, also i wish the hotel had a shuttle to travel to the fish fry. i wish it had a shuttle to the airport.

the pool area had plenty of loungers and shaded spaces. the gym included cardio machines and weights. the resort has multiple dining venues and bars, that are accessible throughout the day and evening for beverages and snacks.

sweet drinks damp feel

my room had a damp feel. the air conditioner never worked quite right, and it was either too hot or too cold. the food was ok but not great, and some of the drinks were way too sweet.

amazing stay at paradise!

pristine room fresh towels attentive staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations. the room (a junior suite ocean view) was pristine. fresh towels arrived daily, and the ocean view really set the tone for my entire vacation (i even took some pictures!). the staff's attentiveness stood out. They addressed any need quickly.

i found the process for restaurant reservations a bit cumbersome. the app was not very intuitive. i wish they would have made that easier.

the pool area offers a refreshing escape with its well-kept sun loungers. the fitness center includes treadmills, elliptical machines, and a selection of free weights. access to the private beach is easy and enjoyable.
