charmed by the island's charm
staff friendliness food variety evening entertainment
The staff's friendliness stood out (i really appreciated their smiles). the food variety was great. I especially liked the seafood options. we also learned some salsa moves, a fun addition to the evenings.
the hotel lacked a dedicated airport shuttle service. i think this would greatly improve the arrival and departure experience for many guests.

my room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. the provided toiletries were regularly replenished . the king bed was very spacious and comfortable.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. the hotel provided free shuttle service hourly to the beach.

the bartenders remembered drink preferences quickly. service at the buffet was attentive with staff like andy, ian and benji ensuring quick assistance. the staff was generally helpful and eager to accommodate requests.

charmed by it all
polite staff pleasant person delicious food
My time here with my friends was just lovely. i found the staff to be so polite. deaths at the front desk was so pleasant. She is kind and always have a smile. the rooms were clean, and the food, delicious!
i wasn't pleased with the smell near the elevator. it smelled like people had been sweating all day. since the bar WAS there, i don't doubt it. there needs to be better measures taken to control the smell. every time i went down i practically gagged.

it is in a NICE area. i could go for a walk, or get a drink at margaritaville. walking over to atlantis and shops was simple. there is a taxi rank outside for island trips.
