After reading reviews I felt a little uneasy BUT my fears subsided upon seeing the room. Our double room was spacious and faced the pool. I appreciated that. Cleaning occurred daily and breakfast provided diverse options. I am now aiming to rebook soon.
i noticed noise from an adjacent hotel. It continued late into the night. This disturbance affected the sleep I needed to feel recovered. I hope management takes this into consideration.

I found the hotel location very convenient, especially because of the nearby shopping centers. The free coffee machine at breakfast was a real treat and i used it daily. The catering staff was particularly friendly. They always tried to accommodate my dietary requests. I also appreciate the night manager. He provided useful information and helped with the room.
the room's fan above the bed replaced air conditioning, not ideal.

bus STOPS were very close to the hotel and provided easy access to various cities, like the airport. The distance to dunes was about ten minutes by foot which are beautiful. Several restaurants and shops were nearby too.

the staff, including reception, restaurant and housekeeping, was very FRIENDLY. They addressed my room concerns promptly, i got another room with more space. I appreciate their willingness to solve problems quickly.

the room had much space and offered comfortable beds, i could rest FINE. I definitely miss the power shower. i noticed that the hotel rooms also had balconies with pool views, pleasant.

The pool was decent size with a nice bar in the middle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
My door handle was falling off i was told maintenance would come but never did. The bed and bedding was uncomfortable. The wall in the living room was crumbling.
