the location were great and close to the yumbo centre with bars. the staff were friendly. i liked they seemed happy we chose them.

the tv had only bbc world news and many german channels. the furnishings in the room are of a poor quality. it got little atmosphere and no one wants to talk to you.

the location was acceptable, near the yumbo center.

Cleanliness was seriously lacking. I found a lot of dirt and hairs upon arrival. some shelves in the closet turned black when i wiped them myself. the way clean towels arrive in a van seemed unhygienic. i saw a cleaning stick inside the basket with the clean towels. Unacceptable! too much light entered the room in the mornings, affecting my sleep.

The breakfast had a good choice of items. I especially enjoyed the chef making eggs and pancakes to order. The heated pool was excellent for a morning swim. The location is close to the Yumbo center, so it's easy to get to bars and restaurants.

The breakfast buffet included many options. I saw Cava and a chef who prepared eggs and pancakes on request. The location offered a short walk to a bus stop and a shopping center.

The room had very comfortable beds. i found the shower amazing. It took a minute for the water to warm up but the water pressure was fantastic. the exterior window to the private terrace provided marvelous natural light. it was such a treat to wake up there each morning.
