A Heartfelt Stay

lovely staff spacious room perfect location
The staff was very kind and ready to assist us. The room was spacious. I thought the location close to Train Street and the Water Puppet Theatre was perfect.
The narrow strip window looked at a wall. It hardly let in any natural light.

The hotel is near many restaurants and bars. The location is very close to the lake. It made exploring local culture very convenient and I enjoyed being central to so many attractions.

The reception offered a welcome drink upon arrival and helped with luggage. The staff provided recommendations and helped with organizing our stay. They worked to ensure our time was enjoyable, and that level of service made a real difference.

The hotel has a rooftop bar and a pool. The breakfast choice was good. I was glad they organized a takeaway breakfast when we left early on our last day. Their attention to detail was much appreciated.

rooftop bar good service short curtain difficult door
the service was good throughout my stay. ms. kim helped me book a ha long bay cruise and she communicated swiftly. the rooftop bar had a great view of the city. the amenities were good to have.
the bathroom shower flooded the floor because it was over a bath. the curtain was too short, and a ledge channeled water onto the floor. also, the bathroom door was difficult to close.
