I was greeted with a warm welcome and my luggage was immediately taken care of. i even received a quick lesson on crossing the busy streets, it was very helpful. lyly and lee were especially helpful. Huan also assisted greatly upon my arrival. the attention given continued throughout my entire stay.
The breakfast pastries weren't of the highest quality. I noticed some items needing replenishment.

The rooftop restaurant and bar were well presented on a split level, music was at a good volume. Dining was available both indoors and outdoors. i also received a free beer voucher for my first drink.

the hotel breakfast was included and offered freshly cooked eggs. the restaurant on level 11 provided a fantastic view. when i organized an early airport transfer, the hotel offered a takeaway breakfast for pickup, it was a kind gesture.

the room was spotlessly clean, and the shower had good water pressure. nice toiletries were provided along with a secure safe. i appreciate the upgrade and the extra space but the beautiful double was fine too if on a budget.

the hotel is in the hanoi french quarter, a fantastic spot. the lobby is gorgeous and makes a great impression upon entering. the sky terrace offers beautiful views and a relaxed atmosphere, it's a plus.

The staff was very helpful. grace added me on whatsapp and shared city exploration recommendations. she helped with tour operator details, speaking vietnamese to confirm everything. the rooftop pool was a nice touch after walking all day. i liked the central location that allowed easy access to many sites.

The staff was helpful. Taylor assisted us with a seamless room change. I found the hotel very central to local attractions. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and fresh. The hotel design is beautiful and smells good.

awesome pooluseful advice
the rooftop bar and pool were awesome!!! vivian and minnie on the staff offered useful advice. they helped me with tour bookings, accommodation, and transport.
The breakfast was basic. It wasn't very tasty and the bread seemed a few days old.

the hotel has bedrooms with comfy beds and good quality linen, this was acceptable.
The juices provided WERE too sweet FOR my taste. I prefer something less sugary. also, i found that some staff seemed to lack experience and NEED more training to meet expectations. i noticed a few times where requests took longer THAN expected, and the responses WEREN'T always prompt.

The room had a nice balcony. It faced the city. The swimming pool was on the roof. It was very convenient. I found the location to be great! I could walk easily to many places.
