Hotel Pahor is near woodland paths and trails for walks and adventure hikes. Guests can explore the Karst region on foot, rent bicycles from the hotel, or explore on horseback. Location and Surroundings
The Pahor Hotel is in the village of Iamiano on the Karst Plateau, dating back to 1325. It is 20 km from Ronchi Dei Legionari. The hotel is near a hill (144m altitude) from where the battlefields stretching from the Adriatic Sea to the Doberdò Plateau, can be seen. Nearby landmarks include the Isonzo Front cemetery near Gorjansko (Slovenia), the WWI park in Monfalcone, and the Doberdò Lake. The hotel provides a starting point for trips to Collio and Gorizia where you can visit a 14th-century castle which is open to the public. The apartments have a terrace furnished with table and chairs to better enjoy the view of the superb Karst landscape
