the staff were helpful, especially with directions. i particularly appreciated the tasty buffet breakfast provided each morning! it included various indian options and some continental choices. the room was clean and well kept .
My room faced the street, and the noise was quite noticeable. road traffic continued late into the night. the bathroom was very small. It was a bit cramped. i had difficulty finding space for toiletries, there was no counter space around the sink.

The staff provided really good service. Rajesh at the concierge was very helpful with directions. The welcome drink upon arrival was appreciated. I was offered a complimentary masala tea one afternoon. It was very tasty.
The room could benefit from some sound insulation. I could hear noises from outside.

The staff responded quickly to all requests. They assisted with luggage storage after checkout, allowing me to explore the area freely. Breakfast offered many choices including cooked-to-order eggs. I enjoyed starting each day with a delicious, customized omelet before heading out for sightseeing.

The staff was very attentive and always ready to assist with any requests! I particularly appreciated the breakfast selection. It offered a wide variety of both Indian and European dishes. What a treat! The location made exploring the area easy, with many attractions within walking distance. I certainly recommend this location.
My only minor issue was that the hallways felt somewhat narrow and cramped, made navigating with luggage a bit challenging.

the hotel is situated a few minutes walk from flora fountain. the staff was very caring. they provided us with all the necessary help, really amiable. i really appreciate it.
the photos must have been taken many years ago when the place was new. rooms were clean but dated. the shower room was clean yet needed updating.
