FANTASTIC stay with amazing views
vesuvius viewbreakfast roomfresh breakfastlovely staff
i woke up EVERY morning to a different view of mount vesuvius. The breakfast room also has an amazing view. Breakfast is good WITH a homemade feel to it. All fresh and tasty. The staff are lovely and helpful
the chair on the balcony WAS uncomfortable i couldn't fully relax. No tea or coffee making facilities WERE available in the room, requiring a trip downstairs.

the hotel has a great location near the sea. it's also close to the center, port, train station, and shopping areas, so everything was very accessible. i liked the rooftop terrace, it had such an amazing view. the staff was also friendly and helpful.
The hotel has about 15 steps at the entrance, which might be difficult with mobility issues. An elevator from the garage is available. the manager could be more flexible and caring.

The parking service was disorganized and inconvenient. it really was for anyone wanting to use their car. also, the room lacked soundproofing. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It was not pleasant. i wasn't expecting that.

I enjoyed the hotel's location near the marina. I easily accessed boat tours. The rooftop bar provided amazing panoramas, views were Lovely. The staff gave excellent recommendations for dining and transportation.
the absence of tea or coffee facilities in the room was slightly inconvenient for me.

the location was excellent, very close to the main corso. our room overlooked the water and was very roomy. the staff was friendly and helpful , too.
the double glazing was inadequate , sadly. there was no sound proofing and i could hear conversations in rooms on either side. i didn't sleep very well.
