the hotel has two on-site restaurants and a nice swimming pool. the manager is helpful and offers various tours. breakfast had a wide choice and the staff was always willing to help. i appreciated the spacious room with a balcony and a view of the pyramids.

the bed was not very comfortable, and i could feel the springs.

I appreciate the location. It is close to the pyramids. i liked the helpful people working at the front desk. They assisted me. i found food options right on-site and the rooftop pool offered a cooling midday option with a great view. they stored my luggage after checkout while i got lunch on my final day.

the king size bed in my room was uncomfortable. the hair dryer didnt WORK. the handle on the bathroom tap fell off, inconvenient.

The pool was not clean. I observed oil on the surface and floating debris. the staff at the pool seemed to have limited english proficiency, difficult to request assistance. obtaining pool towels required repeated trips to the front desk.

i really appreciated the friendly and warm welcome i received. the view of the pyramids from my balcony was beautiful. the swimming pool also offered amazing views. i found the food delicious and reasonably priced. i want to thank naser dwidar specifically for helping me have a lovely trip. he ensured my needs were met.

the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. the lobby and restaurant also had issues with air conditioning. this made some areas of the hotel uncomfortable during hot periods.
