lovely pyramid view stay!

friendly staff delicious food pyramid view

I really loved the friendly staff, they always made sure i had everything i needed. the food in the rooftop restaurant was delicious and available all day and night! my room had a great view of the pyramids. I could see them clearly from my window.

the street outside the hotel was quite noisy. i heard a lot of traffic at all hours.

The rooftop restaurant featured a great view, that was pretty cool.

The room walls seemed paper thin. I could hear people in other rooms. This made relaxing difficult. It was very annoying

excellent location rooftop view delicious options bad smell road noise cheap soap

the location IS excellent near the pyramids. the view from the rooftop restaurant was beautiful. breakfast offered many delicious options i ate well.

the room smelled bad upon arrival i noticed. the road noise was unbearable , made sleeping difficult. the soap in the bathroom reminded me of cheap public soap.

the staff helped me with everything. the room matched the photos online. the shower was great. water being available in the room each day was a nice touch.

the safe was small, fitting only wallets. it was also locked upon arrival, which raised concerns. a housekeeper opened it with a key.

my room was a king room pyramids view! it had great views of the pyramids. the staff were friendly and helpful when i needed directions. the breakfast had various options and a really amazing view.

the bathroom towels could be a little softer

mixed feelings about the stay

poor breakfast dirty wardrobe

The breakfast left much to be desired i must say. arriving after 9:30 am meant many items were already gone. no arabic bread no jams no cheeses. housekeeping was also questionable. i found a previous guest's jacket in the wardrobe. the glass wardrobe doors were quite dirty so not very well cleaned. Not excellent.
