Regency Lagoon Resort features 48 cottages, 4 private villas, 3 mini suites, and 65 premier rooms. Cottages include a private patio with a coffee table and swing, and some have a seating area. Villas are designed with luxurious elegance. Certain bungalows are wheelchair accessible. Villas have a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker, and toaster, along with a balcony that overlooks the lake. Each offers a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and bathrobes are provided. Some rooms feature ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and tea/coffee facilities.

The resort has multiple dining options. Super Snax is a fast-food restaurant and cafe with a mix of cuisines. Tea Pot offers weekend-special international cuisine buffets and brunch.
