decent stay, some issues
smelly towelsdifferential pricing
The pricing felt unfair. I booked my room on December 30 and paid a HIGH price. Someone else who booked the SAME room on January 1 paid much less. It seemed like price gouging. the towels smelled bad. I am unsure where they wash them, but it needs to be addressed.

I found the staff very attentive to my parents. They customized meals according to their specific dietary needs. The pool was clean, and I loved that it was well maintained. The price for the service was surprisingly reasonable.

The location was central, and it made exploring easy. There were three restaurants onsite. Each offered plenty of choices. Breakfast had a mix of South Indian, Western, and non-vegetarian options.
The staff responsiveness could be improved. I had to ask for extra towels, but they were not provided immediately. The hotel vibe felt transactional. It lacked focus on providing a good hospitality experience to guests.
