The Spa at Red Sands offers restorative signature treatments, ranging from massages and hot stone muscle releases to hydrating body wraps and rejuvenating facials. The spa includes two treatment rooms, two steam rooms, three private soaking rooms, an 1,800 square foot yoga room, a meditation room, a salt float tank, and ice baths. Men's and women's locker rooms are available. Haum Meditation offers energy healing, meditation, and yoga classes, private sessions, and custom retreats. Yoga classes are held in the yoga room. The yoga room is available for personal yoga practice outside of scheduled classes, with 10 yoga mats and props provided. There is space for outdoor practice off Sulpher Creek Road.
