The Rim Rock Inn provides 19 air-conditioned rooms accessible via exterior corridors. Each room includes a patio with mountain views, a private entrance, and cable TV. Rooms also feature blackout drapes/curtains. The rooms include a private bathroom equipped with a bath or shower. Each room offers comforts such as air conditioning. Meals can be prepared in the well-fitted kitchenette, which is fitted with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea and coffee maker. All studios include a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a terrace with mountain views. Some units have 2 beds, others have 1 bed.
Western Cuisine Restaurant
The Rim Rock Inn and Restaurants is open from the last weekend of March. Guests can dine at either of Torrey restaurants after a day of adventure. The Rim Rock Restaurant serves Western cuisine for dinner. Chef Bret Saign prepares homemade, locally grown Western cuisine such as pan-seared trout, fruit wood-smoked ribs, and hand-cut steaks with infused demi-glaces. The Rim Rock Patio serves beer and cocktails and offers casual dining. Guests can enjoy American cuisine, garden views, and al fresco dining at the two onsite restaurants.
