Rancho Humo Estancia has rooms decorated in the style of a Guanacaste hacienda. The villa offers five bedrooms: three junior suites for two people each, and two family rooms for four people each. All rooms include a private bathroom. Junior suites feature balconies overlooking grass plains and wetlands. Additionally, two junior suites and three standard rooms with bathrooms are available at an extra cost, bringing the total to ten rooms. Each spacious double room features air conditioning, a private entrance, and a bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. The double room has garden views and one bed.

Rancho Humo Estancia offers catering services with native and sophisticated cuisine, both in the villa and outdoors. Menus are pre-established. Breakfast, lunch, dinners, and canapés are available. The property provides a bar. It also promotes nutrition based on a Nicoya Blue Zone diet, with vegetables and greens such as spinach, green beans, chayote, corn, beets, honey, and cabbage. You can enjoy a snack, breakfast, lunch, or dinner at a natural outdoor location on the property. There are onsite restaurants.

Rancho Humo Estancia provides a swimming pool. Guests can walk through gardens with trees and ethnic plants. The property is 70 km from Nosara, for bird watchers and nature lovers. Tours are available to Palo Verde zone and Tempisque River. Activities include boat tours on the Tempisque River. A tour of the private reserve is also available, ending at the observatory. The property has a spacious hall and terrace hall. The grounds cover more than 1100 hectares in the Nicoya peninsula, a Blue Zone.

Rancho Humo Estancia is located in Puerto Humo, Guanacaste, near the Tempisque River and Palo Verde National Park. It is within the Nicoya Peninsula, a Blue Zone with approximately 200 inhabitants. The area includes ecosystems typical of dry tropical environments, wetlands, and mangroves. Rancho Humo is 0.5 km from Rancho Humo. The property is in the lower lands of the Tempisque, bordering the National Park of Palo Verde and Isla de Pájaros.
Guest Services
Rancho Humo Estancia provides mineral water from a 95-meter well. There is a pop-up store where local neighbors sell products. The property offers mineral water and craft beer. The existing small dock on the Tempisque River will be upgraded to accommodate additional boats and guests. They offer a one-hour service of consumption of beers, cocktails, wines and non-alcoholic drinks accompanied by three canapés per person. Boat transfer to/from The Amistad Bridge tour.
