Lakeside efficiency cabin deluxe suites are studio-style with 2 queen beds, knotty pine interior, heat, A/C, 32" LED TV, shower, granite efficiency kitchen with glass cooktop, cookware & utensils, table and chairs, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, deck with lake views, and BBQ grill (rates for 2 persons, Unit 12, max 5 persons, guests provide own beach/bath towels, no daily maid service). Lakeside deluxe two-bedroom cottages also available (Units 2-6, max 5 persons, rates for 4 persons, guests supply own beach/bath towels). Lakeside three-bedroom cottages have a shower, large living room, full kitchen with cookware & utensils, table and chairs, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and deck (Units 24 & 25, max 7 persons, rates for 6 persons, guests supply own beach/bath towels, no daily maid service). Lakeside deluxe three-bedroom units include 4 TVs (1 55", 1 42", 2 32" LED TVs), shower, large living room, full custom granite kitchen w/dishwasher, granite bathroom with cookware & utensils, table and chairs, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, deck with lake views, and BBQ grill; the 2nd-floor unit has a ground-level private outdoor covered gazebo; guests supply beach/bath towels.

Lake George Diamond Cove Cottages, Cabins, & Hotel's office hours are Mon-Fri and Sun 9am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 7pm. Additional room keys require a refundable $10 deposit. All arriving guests receive parking passes and assigned parking spots. One car is allowed per efficiency and one room cottages; three bedroom units only if space is available. Illegally parked cars will be towed at the owner's expense. A $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for non-compliance. Jet Ski rentals are $50/day; boat rentals up to 20' are $85/day; boats 21' to 25' are $100/day; boats 26' to 28' are $125/day. Children must be supervised by parents. Diamond Cove Cottages is not responsible for items left behind; guests pay all shipping fees. Additional persons available for an extra fee. 45.00 Children ages 3-12. Adults 75.00 per person.
