Admirable Hotel Visit

My visit was admirable. I found the staff displayed smiles and readiness to assist. The hotel stands at a short distance from Little Mount Metro station. I note these smiles matter during vacation.

Decent Stay with Some Issues

broken toilet poor housekeeping

My room had a broken toilet flush and the problem was not addressed despite my repeated requests. The housekeeping service was poor and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this price. I also noticed a bug on a dish at the breakfast buffet, a concern I raised with the manager. Loud music from the bar downstairs was audible even on the sixth floor.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found the valet parking drivers quite friendly, a nice touch to start and end the day. The hotel staff, in general, were very well-behaved and trained. This professionalism. The billing process was seamless, reflecting their commitment to guest satisfaction.

I noticed some noise disturbances during the weekend, likely due to parties. This affected my ability to rest properly, so I hope they manage the sound levels better in the future.

Wonderful hospitality and efficient service

efficient staff quick housekeeping good selection

The front desk staff were efficient. Kulu, the Duty Manager, was helpful and offered a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Housekeeping was quick to respond to our needs, and breakfast had a good selection. I especially want to thank Anjli, Sandeep, and Sanhita for prioritizing guest requests and always greeting me with a smile at Buffet Square (the bellman helped us weigh our luggage).

I noticed that some of the equipment in the gym looked a bit worn.

The standard king room included a comfortable bed, a proper desk, and effective air conditioning. The room was quiet, which helped a lot with work (and relaxation). I had a good night's rest every night.
