Wonderful hospitality and efficient service

The front desk staff were efficient. Kulu, the Duty Manager, was helpful and offered a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Housekeeping was quick to respond to our needs, and breakfast had a good selection. I especially want to thank Anjli, Sandeep, and Sanhita for prioritizing guest requests and always greeting me with a smile at Buffet Square (the bellman helped us weigh our luggage).

I noticed that some of the equipment in the gym looked a bit worn.

The standard king room included a comfortable bed, a proper desk, and effective air conditioning. The room was quiet, which helped a lot with work (and relaxation). I had a good night's rest every night.

The rooftop pool provided a refreshing morning swim. It is a great way to start the day. Breakfast offered many choices, including both Indian and continental options, a great thing for international travelers. The hotel is located a convenient distance from the airport. It is easy to access transportation.
