inflexible bookings moved items
the breakfast was good and the location is near some nice coffee shops i appreciate that.
the staff at check-in was not very flexible with bookings i found that unhelpful. i called the front desk several times for information about amenities or services i never received a call back. there were also a few issues with housekeeping and laundry some personal items were moved.

The reception area seemed beautiful. It felt light and airy and very spacious. Staff throughout the hotel seemed professional. They were friendly and helpful.
The housekeeping services were below par. I encountered various maintenance issues within my room. The response was lacking to my concerns.
