The housekeeping service was quite slow. I requested room cleaning multiple times, but it wasn't done promptly. This caused some inconvenience. the warm water in the shower ran out quickly. This made showering uncomfortable.

Convenient Shuttle and Clean Rooms

The room was very clean, and its size was good (I really appreciated this). I found the staff very friendly, especially the lady at the reception during the daytime. A free shuttle to the Haram was available 24 hours. The free laundry facility on the roof was a nice touch. there was a prayer room available to guests.

The location updates via Google Maps could be better.

The reception staff was professional and friendly, specifically Moataz. He was very helpful to me. Housekeeping provided very good service and was quick to respond to requests. Maintenance was also great. They addressed any issues promptly.

The breakfast had a reasonable variety of food, and I found the food selection quite good. Sometimes food refills were a little slow (but overall, it was fine). There was a variety of options at both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is located near the King Fahad tunnel entrance, about a 5-minute drive to Makkah. The hotel provides frequent shuttle service to the Haram, running every 10 minutes. It is only a short 3-minute walk from the bus drop-off point.

the reception staff, especially merwan, displayed cooperation and friendliness.

the window lock in my room was out of order. my son nearly fell from the 15th floor because of this (i was understandably concerned). cleanliness was also substandard, with infrequent dusting and a malfunctioning toilet flush, and it took them 7 days to fix it.
