Wonderful stay

I found the environment and the gardens FABULOUS. The staff everywhere were very lovely. The kitchen staff went out of their way to prepare special food for my husband. I will go back for sure.
The room facilities fell short of expectations, and the water provided at the hotel was locally manufactured.

The hotel is located along the backwaters offering a nice escape from the city. It's a bit far from the markets for those who want to shop. Some nearby attractions are easily accessible.

the pool was large and well maintained. the hotel provided a very sweet cake for my mum's birthday, it was thoughtful.
the tea sachets were old and sticky. the bathroom leaked , definitely unpleasant.

I found the pool magnificent. I swam there every day. the restaurant's breakfast options were extensive (especially the indian dishes). the staff was always polite and helpful, really making me feel welcome. my room also offered direct access to the pool, a great perk.
i did notice the gym could use a few more updated machines.

the pool offered amazing views of the lake and i even saw a rainbow one evening. the breakfast and dinner options were great, even the vegetarian selection was excellent. the staff at reception and the porters offered excellent customer service. the cottage location was right next to the backwaters. i enjoyed this.
the gym equipment seemed outdated.

the cottage lake view offered a beautiful view of the surrounding backwaters and the furniture was comfortable. the room included a spacious wardrobe with hangers and ample storage space for luggage, perfect for longer stays.

The breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices. it also included several live cooking stations. the dinner buffet showcased local cuisine and international dishes. The food was fresh. And the chefs were attentive to dietary needs.

The locations provided nice lake views. The staff was very supportive (I must admit).
My room was above the restaurant, resulting in loud noise from a wedding lasting until 10:30 PM. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom, likely due to a hole in the bathroom floor.
