The location offered easy access to restaurants and malls, VERY convenient. The rooms provided ample space and maintained good cleanliness. ALL staff members were friendly and eager to assist. The manager, in particular, demonstrated really good politeness, contributing positively to my experience.

The walls seemed a little thin. I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.

I enjoyed the breakfast, it had a variety of choices. the staff were very nice and friendly, what a treat. the apartment was very spacious. It's good for big families. quick service was always provided, i liked that so much.

the check-in process felt so long. i pre completed check-in with passport scans. yet, the process was repeated at midnight, i thought it was silly. the apartment was clean, but insanely dated, and very ugly, i felt sad.
