fantastic family stay!

friendly staff hotel facilities customer satisfaction

i really appreciated the team was good and polite here. hotel facilities catered to all my family's wishes. my kids loved the pony rides and the play yards. the hotel's policy definitely aims at customer satisfaction.

luggage delivery to the room experienced some slight delays.

spacious apartment great experience

the apartment was spacious (i had a one-bedroom apartment partial sea view!), and it had good facilities. the hotel has many activities and pools, a great experience for families.

the four elevators seem a bit old and sometimes slow.
