strange stains unpleasant smell

The sheets were clean I noticed strange torn stains on them. The pool looked nice however it had many leaves and feathers in it. Seemingly no one cleaned it. I detected an unpleasant smell coming from the towels. Overall this impacted my experience negatively making me feel less comfortable .
