dusty room unhelpful staff

My room smelled dusty and was quite far from the West Beach. The breakfast was also very bad. It tasted like it was from a can. Staff broke my suitcase when carrying it.

Very nice Hotel! Book It Now!

super clean rooms comfy beds

Location is amazing because I was next to East Pier. It was a short walk through gardens to bars, restaurants, and West Beach. The rooms are big and super clean with comfy beds and a very good bathroom. Staff were great. They are friendly and super helpful. Breakfast had fresh food with many choices!

clean room convenient location diverse breakfast

The room felt very clean and well kept (it was important for me). The location is convenient with easy access to nearby amenities. The breakfast offered plenty of choices. I especially liked the carrot cake.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. I woke up every morning thinking about it. It rivals the best in Las vegas! The location is great AND the staff were excellent.

The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim. It was hard to see, with only a couple of very faint yellow lights.

the rooms had nice amenities like a safe and a stocked minibar (very convenient for late-night cravings). breakfast had plenty of options, i enjoyed the fresh fruit and omelets.

the walls seemed a bit thin and i could hear neighbors occasionally.

fresh towels beautiful lights

I really loved my room. It was a beautiful double or twin room. bottled water was supplied daily and fresh pool towels too. breakfast was nice and had a large variety. the gardens featured beautiful lights and flowers.

the bathroom lighting wasn't the best, it felt a little dim.

Average Stay With Some Issues

sewage smell poor cleanliness

The location was conveniently close to the pier.

The room smelled like sewage throughout the hotel grounds, and the room assigned wasn't the room I booked. Instead of the twin room I had booked, they gave me a double without an apology. Communication with the staff was difficult because of their limited English skills. The cleanliness was poor, with mold in the toilet bowl.
