unexpected gem near the airport
clean roomcomfortable bedsextra towels
the breakfast was surprisingly good for the price of $15. the selection was large, but i couldn't finish it all. the room was very clean with really comfortable beds. i appreciated the extra towels supplied promptly when i asked.
Some random lights turned off on their own in the room. That was strange.

my room featured two queen beds and was designated as non-smoking. the cleanliness was very good, and the beds ensured restful nights. the room was spacious, great for managing luggage and belongings.

The hotel offered quick access to the airport. It was very convenient! this was a big plus for my travel schedule. i found transport easy to arrange for onward travel.

staff was very friendly! i appreciated the fast shuttle service to the airport. when i requested an earlier shuttle time for my departure, the reception agent arranged it without hesitation.

The hotel provides carts in the reception area to transport their luggage. there is an on-site restaurant. i saw a pool. It looked appealing, but i did not use it .

evelyn checked us in and out. she was a lovely member of staff. the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
i could not access wi-fi for the duration of my stay. also, i could not contact this hotel by email. it made things difficult when i arrived.

Acceptable for a short stay, but with issues

The staff was helpful. They brought a bathroom aid after I reported a slip and fall accident.
The room showed neglect. The blackout curtains were dirty, the shower hose was discolored, and the desk was damaged.
