the location was acceptable! it was near the airport.
The sheets in my queen room two queen beds non-smoking were not clean. i found multiple hairs. the front desk staff wasn't particularly helpful. They seemed rather rude when i called about the airport shuttle. the shuttle service did not run as frequently as advertised.

super location and kind staff.
clean roomgood acfriendly reception
the rooms were clean, spacious and decorated nicely. the ac worked good and there was plenty of storage. reception was friendly and helpful. they helped us print documents for our cruise, it was very convenient.
i wasn't happy about the fact that they were closing when we got there.

breakfast was available to purchase, and it looked very diverse and tasty. the portions were very large, really great. i noticed the bar area offered food, i saw many guests eating there.

the hotel is very close to the airport terminal. a shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, so convenient. i saw many taxis available outside the hotel, easy access.

The elevators were very quick. I never had to wait long. i saw a pool, it seemed very nice. i checked it out, but i didn't get a chance to swim.

filter coffee and water were provided within the room. there were two roller blinds on the window. one was a sheer blind that lets light through. the other was a blackout blind.

unexpected gem near the airport

the breakfast was surprisingly good for the price of $15. the selection was large, but i couldn't finish it all. the room was very clean with really comfortable beds. i appreciated the extra towels supplied promptly when i asked.
Some random lights turned off on their own in the room. That was strange.

The hotel offered quick access to the airport. It was very convenient! this was a big plus for my travel schedule. i found transport easy to arrange for onward travel.

evelyn checked us in and out. she was a lovely member of staff. the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
i could not access wi-fi for the duration of my stay. also, i could not contact this hotel by email. it made things difficult when i arrived.

Acceptable for a short stay, but with issues

The staff was helpful. They brought a bathroom aid after I reported a slip and fall accident.
The room showed neglect. The blackout curtains were dirty, the shower hose was discolored, and the desk was damaged.
