Mark assisted me wonderfully. He ensured i was very comfortable. he was so friendly and professional. i also got a bigger room as an upgrade. It was a good surprise.
the pipes did make some noise during the night, i woke up a few times.

The hotel's location is a plus as it is close to the beach.
The room's cleanliness was not satisfactory I found the windows to be dirty upon arrival. the carpet had not been vacuumed.

i stayed for six nights and enjoyed my time here. the location is excellent with lincoln road mall nearby. the staff provided beach amenities, including useful chairs and umbrellas. the attentiveness of the staff was AMAZING!!!
the ice machine on my floor was temporarily out of service, so i had to go to another floor.

the front desk offered prompt assistance with directions and local recommendations. the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness daily. i found all staff to be cute and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

the location was convenient. i found myself just a short walk from the beach, great for morning strolls. the breakfast was good (especially the pancakes!).
the room felt a bit outdated. some of the furniture showed wear and tear, and the bathroom was quite small (it was difficult to move around).
