decent stay with minor issues
helpful staff excellent location small room noisy environment
the location is excellent and close to the beach. the staff was really helpful. i appreciated the hotel lending beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes. it made enjoying the beach much easier.
my room was quite small, which i expected. i found it noisy, though, especially with the window being hard to open. the layout of the limited space felt poorly managed and lacked a closet.

amazing restaurant free bikes
The restaurant was amazing. a waiter brought our order in less than ten minutes. the hotel also provides beach chairs and bikes for free. This was super convenient.

an acceptable experience
great location simple breakfast out of service elevator lacking cleanliness
the hotel's location was great, and it was close to the beach. the breakfast offered was simple, but it was adequate to start the day.
the elevator was out of service, and i don't believe it was temporary. the sign looked like it had been there for a while! also, cleanliness was lacking, as i found hairs in the bathtub.

i found the location convenient across from the beach. the hotel provided free towels and beach chairs which was a real plus. i appreciated the lemongrass scent throughout the hotel. the lobby area presented a cool and clean environment.
an unexpected extra service charge looked at check-in so be prepared

helpful staff desired floor quick check-in broken elevator fifth floor heavy luggage
The staff gave us the floor we wanted. The room was just what we needed for our one night stay before going on a cruise. Check-in was smooth and fast, so i didn't waste any time. I used free bikes.
The elevator wasn't working . It was inconvenient because I was on the fifth floor. I had to carry my luggage down the stairs (and it was heavy!).
