All rooms include a 40" HD TV with 60 premium channels, Wi-Fi, in-room coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, in-room safe, hair dryer, and iron & ironing board. Sliding doors open to either a half or full balcony.

What is the procedure for canceling a booking without incurring fees?

Cancellations must be made before 15:00, 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid penalties. If canceled later, a fee equivalent to the first night's room and tax will be charged. Bookings made on the same day or outside the 72-hour window are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit all deposits.
