poor ventilationinconsistent temperature
My experience was acceptable, yet a few flaws marred it. The room's climate control seemed off. I set it to a cooler temperature, but the room remained too warm. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, this caused it to feel damp. These issues, while minor, detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I did expect a bit more attention to these details considering the hotel's rating.

i found the staff helpful. the hotel allowed me to use their conference room to work after my checkout time. the breakfast had great variety and i enjoyed it.
the pool was small. swimming from end to end took just three strokes. the jacuzzi's temperature was not warm as expected. i felt quite cold.

cramped gymmissing amenities
the gym was a letdown. it was small, crammed in with the pool and jacuzzi, and felt far from luxurious. housekeeping didn't restock basics like shower caps or coffee, even after i asked. it was like i was bothering them just for requesting things included in the price (and i hate that).
