The location was central, a great base for exploring. The staff were super friendly and helpful with directions. I found free coffee available, this was a nice touch. Free parking made arrival easy.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited in variety.

The location was great for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful (they offered great recommendations for local restaurants). I found the room to be clean and well-kept. Breakfast provided a lovely, varied selection to start each day.

I found the location very convenient, offering easy access to many cafes. The staff were friendly, and I got free coffee on demand. I also appreciated the free parking. The scent in the lobby was lovely.
The fridge in my room did not work, I had to throw away some groceries. The shower room's furnishings seemed outdated and the shower floor sinks when you step on it, which I found slippery.
