Wi-Fi is accessible in most rooms upon request at reception. Backpacker rooms are also available. There are pantries with a fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea facilities available for general use. The fully equipped backpacker kitchen is located downstairs. Guests can select rooms with garden or city views.

The Cook Bistro, located on-site, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
