great location helpful staff

the location is great with easy access to many places. getting around the city by grab is cheaper than in other places. the staff were really nice too assist me. i left my jacket after checkout and they helped me get it back.

the menu in the lounge bar was basic.

Really good Stay!

convenient location city view

The location proved convenient for exploring. The rooftop bar provided great city views for evening cocktails. I especially appreciated Khan from the pool area, who returned my husband's misplaced shoes two days later. The staff really were very good (it was so thoughtful!).

The shower temperature control moved to the hot end easily. It was difficult to keep it at a set temperature. This affected both rooms .

Really good Hospitality and Comfort

personalized service signature suite comfortable bed huge bathtub

I stayed two nights in a Signature Suite. The Executive Lounge on the 30th floor offers personalized service. The team remembered my coffee order each morning. I enjoyed items not normally found on a hotel breakfast menu. The fantastic king size bed made me fall asleep quickly. The bathtub was huge and enjoyable.

The front desk converted currency from USD instead of AUD initially. This happened during an exchange. The correction was public and lacked a sincere apology.

The Beautiful Twin Room was spacious and very clean. High quality bathroom shower gels and shampoo were available. City views from the room were gorgeous. Complimentary fruits and snacks kept the Vietnam food experience present.

Breakfast provided many choices. I noticed that the restaurant and rooftop bar had a nice view. The executive lounge offers a different inspired food selection. The gravlax salmon was fresh and delicious.
