Was really good at This Luxurious Hotel

The Residence Club Premier room was spacious and well maintained. Detailed room cleaning impressed me. I had access to the Resident Club Room and its cocktail offerings. There was a wide variety of food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff happily assisted and even engaged in conversation.

The door was not soundproof. I could hear noise from the corridor sometimes.

The staff was extraordinarily cute and ready to assist with anything. Holy, Leo, Van, and Venus provided great conversations and amazing service. They offered restaurant suggestions and were attentive to my needs.

the staff at the residence club were extraordinarily cute. holy, leo, van, and venus provided great conversations and amazing service. the residence club premier room was spacious and well maintained. room cleaning was thorough and detailed, which i appreciated.

the room itself felt dated and did not match the reception area's standard (the reception area is quite modern though).

the hotel offers a vegetarian restaurant and a vegetarian buffet (a big bonus for vegetarians). the gym has a variety of equipment. there is also a spa with a dry sauna and a wet sauna.

staff members like quynh an at the front desk and benny in park view cafe are helpful and kind. tram, ho, uvy, dang, kimmese, and tha provided great service . phuc and tung at the front doors always helped with directions.

The Residence Club Premier room was spacious! The room cleaning was thorough. I had access to the cocktail and canapes in the Resident Club Room. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist with anything.

the carpet in the corridor LOOKED grubby. i think it need a refresh.
