Steps from the Aquarium of the Americas, the hotel is near Saint Louis Cathedral (0.5 km), Jackson Square (0.5 km), Cabildo (0.5 km), Bourbon Street (0.5 km), French Quarter (1 km), St Louis Cemetery No 1 (0.5 km), Frenchmen Street (1 km), and the New Orleans Jazz Museum (1.5 km). The hotel is 15 km from New Orleans Lakefront. Guests arriving by car from Louis Armstrong International Airport will pass the airport on their right and should proceed on Orleans Avenue, moving into the left lane. At the base of the bridge, take exit 235 'Orleans Avenue/Vieux Carre.'

The hotel can park your vehicle until 1 PM on your day of departure. The hotel has meeting venues for up to 150 people. Baggage handling is available for $6 per person, round trip. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out is available when possible. The hotel can store baggage after check-out. Roll-away beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $20/night.
