the location is very convenient close to the train station. i found a supermarket nearby which was useful. i could easily walk to the city center from the hotel.

The hotel's location next to a shopping mall was acceptable. It provided convenient access to shops.

The air conditioning did not function, resulting in a very warm room. Staff informed me air conditioning was only available during summer. I had to open a window onto a noisy road to achieve a bearable temperature. The television was also inoperative for a full day. Staff indicated they could not resolve the issue.

the room was modern i think. the sound insulation was good to! breakfast includes quality products, and you can even prepare loose leaf tea yourself. it is about a 15-minute walk from the train station.

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Stay!

I found the location convenient near the train station. A short walk connected me to a major shopping center. It made quick errands simple. The shower was amazing with great pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed it. (I really mean it!).

The price at check-in was lower than what I booked months in advance. This was a little disappointing.

Superb Hotel, Great Location!

I found the location excellent with easy access to the central train station and city center. A metro station right in front of the hotel made getting around so simple. I also appreciated the kettle and coffee and tea provided in the room. It was a nice touch. The staff was really pleasant too. They were helpful.

The air conditioning did not work . I was told it was only for summer. This meant the room felt quite warm. Opening the window helped, but it let in noise from the busy road, a bit of a bother. I wish the hotel would fix this quickly.

The room featured instant hot water for tea and coffee, a useful addition after a long day. The standard double room provided good space for luggage. The bedding felt clean and fresh every night.

The reception operated 24 hours a day, very helpful for late arrivals or early departures. The staff at the front desk was efficient and polite at all times. The staff helped a lot.
