Some rooms have balconies and dressing rooms. All rooms include high-speed internet access (UNGER GUEST). For faster connection, codes are available at the reception. Allergy-free cushions and blankets are available upon request. All rooms are equipped with natural wood furniture sealed with environmentally friendly varnishes. Pure cotton bed linen is used and cleaned thermally with eco-friendly detergents. Room features include ironing facilities, heating, a mini-bar, a mirror, a trouser press, and soundproofed rooms. Double rooms provide a balcony, air-conditioning, a minibar, and cable TV. Mattresses can be reinforced with a firmer layer upon request. There are 102 non-smoking rooms and 4 smoking rooms. Bed sizes for single beds range from 90x200 cm to 120x210 cm, and double beds range from 180x200 cm to 200x210 cm.

Located in the centre of Stuttgart, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the castles, the State Theatre and State Ballet, the State Gallery, the Congress Center, and the palace gardens, which stretch to the Neckar and feature the longest pedestrian zone in Germany. The hotel is 15 km from Stuttgart Airport. Public transport is directly outside the hotel. You can easily reach the New Palace, whose impressive baroque façade immediately reminds you of its world-famous template: Versailles. Not far from the hotel is the State Theatre and the Stuttgart State Gallery. The pedestrian zone is just 150 meters away. Königstraße, Stuttgart's main shopping street, is 1.2 km long. The Stuttgart Tourist Information Point is 300m from the hotel. In Lautenschlagerstraße (approximately 100m from hotel), Call a Bike bicycles from Deutsche Bahn (German Railways) are available for rent.
